CONNECT-A-SENIOR TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM
The Connect-a-Senior program, spearheaded by the I Did Something Good Today Foundation in partnership with human-I.T., is dedicated to bridging the digital divide for seniors by providing them with free or low-cost internet access and digital devices such as tablets, laptops, and desktops.
This initiative empowers seniors to stay connected with family and friends, access essential services, and explore the vast resources of the digital world. Additionally, it enables them to connect with other seniors through Facebook groups, video meetups like Zoom, and other online platforms, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
By equipping seniors with these tools, Connect-a-Senior combats isolation and enhances their ability to participate actively in today's digital society.
